How you will impact Ingevity:
Partner with Global Talent & Development Manager and key stakeholders to design and implement optimal solutions related to performance management, talent development, and succession planning to support business needs.
Strengthen organizational capability by coaching on performance and facilitation of new manager assimilations and designing solutions to meet team effectiveness needs.
Support change management rigor and support organization-wide, large-scale initiatives and interventions to develop an effective approach to spearheading change
Participate in the design, development, implementation, and execution of performance initiatives that drive desired behaviors, increase employee experience, and accelerate performance to deliver business results
Evaluate and analyze data and information to determine any performance management, succession planning and talent development trends or issues impacting the organization and devise solutions to address.
Create and/or revise process and program resources and materials for HRBPs, leaders/managers and employees to build manager and employee performance management skills and capabilities
Support numerous concurrent high-visibility learning programs that improve our leaders’ abilities to build high-performing teams and drive results; example programs include: operations supervisor training, manager programs, mentoring programs and other learning opportunities that keep our employees engaged and retained
Measures results & effectiveness of Learning programs and Talent programs such as the talent review, rotation programs and performance management and evaluate and study data and information to optimize solutions.
Leverage Workday technology to increase automation and efficiency of performance, learning and succession processes.
What you need to succeed:
3+ years in one or more of the following areas of talent management: performance management, succession planning, organizational development, team effectiveness, employee engagement
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational management or related field
Project and/or change management experience preferred
Workday Talent and Learning module experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
This position is eligible for relocation assistance to Charleston, SC.
