Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a similar role
Skills/Knowledge required – Records Management, Records Compliance & Research, File Storage and Retrievals, Indexing, Excel, File Disposition Process.
Responsibilities:
As a Records Specialist in HR, your duties will include retrieving, documenting and dispositioning employee records. You will provide HR records support and assist the HR Towers which includes the following workgroups (Healthcare, Retirement, Recruitment, Payroll, Disability, HRSD, Pension/401K).
HR Records will support/assist the Legal subpoena team with available information needed to complete the subpoena requests and will provide the available data collected to the Subpoena team.
