Primary Location:
Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States (highly preferring east or central coast applicants), you will work remotely from home or personal office location
All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.

Essential Functions:
Coordinate with new hires before their start date to ensure receipt and understanding of company information
Monitor and assist new hires with completion of onboarding tasks, new hire orientation, and required trainings
Regularly communicate with new employee during their introductory period to ensure effective transition to IEM and facilitate a sense of belonging
Resolve problems an provide appropriate referrals to other divisions or escalate issues as needed
Serve as initial HR contact for incoming call rotation
Assist with HR Administrative tasks when needed
Assist with HR Special Projects as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Customer Service Experience
Fast Learner and Adaptable
Excellent people skills are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to troubleshoot and aptitude in problem solving
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
