Summary

We are looking for an accountant for our corporate office located in Ontario, CA. This position will report to the HQ accounting department based in China.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Accounting and Taxation:

• Bookkeeping of accounts payable, accounts receivable and daily expenses incurred locally in the United States.
• Cooperate with the domestic finance department to communicate with the IRS.

Bank related jobs:

• Enter payment application in online banking.
• Bank account opening, cancellation, credit card application, and communication with local banks.
• Check/cash deposit.

Asset Management:

• Quarterly draw or monitor the inventory of goods, and issue an inventory report.
• Inventory the fixed assets every six months and issue an inventory report.

Something else:

• Assist the Finance Department of the headquarters to communicate with local colleagues on related matters

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Operate computers with basic Microsoft Office software and accounting software (QuickBooks) to record, store, and analyze information.
• Three years of accounting clerk experience preferred.
• Demonstrate effective, accurate and clear communications with good written and verbal skills.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to others in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with all team members and co-workers.
• Experience: at least 1 year of accounting experience is Required. 3 years of accounting clerk experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Prefer Bilingual (English, Chinese)
