JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer in Beaverton, OR is looking for a Sr. Technical Project/ Program Manager to join the North America Supply Chain Technology organization. You will partner with multiple cross-functional Technology and Business stakeholders to identify technology solutions and help drive them from planning to implementation. Primary responsibilities include implementation planning, managing project deliverables across multiple technology teams including Logistics, Distribution, Order Management, and Digital. Track project budget and provide executive status reporting to key stakeholders. Other responsibilities include meeting facilitation to align requirements and solutions. Work closely with Solution and Product Managers, and participate in ongoing Agile planning and prioritization sessions to align detail work breakdown and delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

6+ years Project/Program Management experience delivering large, cross functional technology projects in the Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Transportation space, preferably specific to Order Management, Order Fulfillment and/or Distribution
Experience managing project budgets >$5M
Must demonstrate significant organizational skills and can lead projects from conception through implementation
Strong Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with leadership, business stakeholders, and Technology teams
Excellent facilitation skills
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets for project planning
