The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible, as a leadership team member, to follow laws, policies, programs, and budgets working collaboratively with the team in building positive relationships with others, as well as growing occupancy. The Sales and Marketing Director will work collaboratively with the Administrator and with Insight Senior Living to assist in creating an environment that reflects the mission and core values of Insight.
The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for achieving all pre-opening sales expectations including but not limited to business development (outreach), lead generations, event coordination, and sales conversions. Once the community is opened the Sales and Marketing Director will continue in their role building occupancy and meeting sales expectations. The ideal Sales and Marketing Director candidate will have experience in senior living sales, a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills and a passion for serving seniors. Experience in sales and a desire to work with seniors is required.
