Insomnia Cookies is presently conducting a targeted search for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our rapidly growing company. Based in NYC, the Executive Assistant will act as a true professional partner to our CEO by providing comprehensive administrative, logistical and personal support and always represent him & our company brand in the best of light.ResponsibilitiesFull oversight and point of contact for all administrative matters relating to our CEOServe as a liaison to the Executive Leadership team; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts.Assist with travel arrangements, including cars, flights and other relatedHelp manage high-level relationships, including updating databases, handling and crafting correspondence on behalf of CEO, managing mail and email accounts, phone, etc.Monitoring CEO business expenses, managing and booking travel, etc.Maintain confidential files and colleague contact information for CEOAssists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings; prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action itemsHandling of special requests and related duties as needed; running errands, getting coffee, ordering lunch, etc.Requirements3+ years of administrative experience supporting a CEO or C-Suite leaderKnowledge of the retail, hospitality, food service and/or restaurant industriesHyper attention to detail, well organized, and efficient follow-up skillsPolished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all timesFlexibility in scheduling that will include some evenings and weekend assistance outside of normal business hoursBachelor’s degree from a 4-year College or University preferredMust have expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word with strong understanding of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative SuiteHigh proficiency with WebEx, Slack, Zoom or Microsoft Teams video conferencing softwareSuperior writing and grammar skills
