Inspiration Home Health is looking for a Full Time or Part Time Admission RN. Inspiration is a fast growing home health and hospice agency offering a great work environment and excellent benefits!Responsibilities:
- In home skilled nursing visits, initial assessments & OASIS
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Document accurate patient medical records and plan of care
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their family members
- Communicate effectively to interdisciplinary team members
- Observes/ensures compliance with Medicare and State guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home health and hospice preferred
- Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and facilities
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
