IAA, Inc. is seeking a Director, Account Management to join our team! This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

The Director of Account Management will be the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for working with and consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics to providers, monitoring timeline levels for dedicated providers, and giving oversight in markets where new business is piloted. The Director Account Manager will also interact with branch staff members along with providers and their customers. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational and process related functions.
