Salary Range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Servicing of client accounts
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure high client retention
- Taking care of all client needs in a professional and timely manner
- Up-selling and processing renewals
- Handling claims and rating
Requirements
- Currently possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Life and Health Insurance insurance license is a bonus
- 1-2 years experience in theinsurance industry is required.
- Excellent organizational skills (time management, detail-oriented, promptness, etc.)
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone, and knowledge of basic office computer software (Microsoft Office)
- Great communication and rapport building skills
