Compensation:
$45,000 – $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Owns the sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing portion of the new hire process, including but not limited to, scheduling interviews with management, updating and maintaining the ATS system
Work directly with facility supervisors to source hiring needs and help facilitate the recruiting process
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to Human Resources Director
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Provides clerical support to the HR department
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks
Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Audit and maintain the company Learning Management System including implementation and design
Performs other duties as assigned
Attends and assists with the facilitation of all training courses as required
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of direct HR experience
Associates degree or higher in a related field
aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP desired but not required
Travel Required, quarterly or more travel required to Corp Headquarters in Nashville (possible travel to satellite locations across the united states)
Effective and clear communicator with enthusiasm for teamwork
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexible, creative, and strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills
