The Sustainabiltiy CoE works across SMG and BU’s to scale Intel’s sustainability engagement across customers/industry/government and driving their voice into winning BU products. We will deliver a clear voice of market to make Intel the preferred architecture for sustainable solutions, work cross-Intel to develop and distribute narratives and collateral so sellers can deliver winning solutions to market, coordinate and disposition customer sustainability requests across segments, regions, products, and Bus
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
You will be the lead for US to develop and deliver our strategy and directly cover key engagements.
Collaborate with the global team to define and develop a sustainability strategy for SMG
Define and manage a framework of efficient processes and data to provide Sales teams with the information needed to respond to tenders for deals/design wins
Drive innovative solutions to challenging problems and insightful discussions with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Drive our sustainability agenda across internal teams to ensure we are making best efforts internally and define how we can measure success
Develop a process for maintaining collateral and training provisions to enable Sales account teams to respond to majority of customer inquiries
Enable field sales, ecosystem partners, internal stakeholders to communicate Intel’s sustainability value (from supply chain to partner solutions)
Partner with stakeholders to identify and propagate customer success stories which showcase Intel enabled solutions and wins
Able to drive deep customer conversations on sustainability topics, track customer engagements
Work with the Communications team to leverage opportunities that strengthen our storytelling efforts on Intel’s sustainability strategy for the US region and be the public voice
Develop partnerships with consortia/climate groups and activate efforts
Partner across SMG messaging and content creation teams to deliver solutions for inclusion into sales, marketing, and communications Go-to-Market programs
Prioritize and escalate to BU domain experts as necessary via Customer Response Forum to build credibility rapidly with new partners by changing level of detail and depth for audience.
In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:
Confidence working through ambiguity and adaptation in a startup environment
Proven skills to synthesize complex sets of information from multiple technical and business stakeholders into simplified messages that drive effective decision making;
Exquisite communication skills, both written and verbal, ideally with experience in speaking to media;
Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously;
Clear reputation for ethical conduct and unquestionable integrity;
Attention to detail and operationalizing cross-Business unit collaboration, with a customer first mindset;
Comfortable working with and presenting to business leadership on escalations and problem solving;
Experience working in or with governments, engaging on public policy, or in strategic communications.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
