Job Description

Home Health Marketer- we are looking in multiple locations: Manatee County, Pasco County, Sarasota County, and Charlotte County, Florida.The Home Health Marketer is responsible for ensuring the attainment of branch, and individual budgetary new patient admission objectives by directly educating physicians, senior living communities including assisted living and independent living, hospitals, and many other community agencies and individuals who deal with potential home health and hospice patients. The Home Health Marketer collaborates with the Sales Manager, ED, Administrator, and Director of Clinical Services to develop, coordinate, and implement sales plans highlighting general nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and specialty programs. This individual maintains a strong focus on agency growth/expansion while consistently ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and compliance with industry laws and regulations. The Home Health Marketer is responsible for the home health and hospice program education for their assigned referral source accounts and coordinating all activities relating to the initiation of service. He/she also performs daily, weekly, and monthly sales monitoring, reporting and analysis of key performance metrics.QUALIFICATIONS

• One to three years sales experience in home health care environment preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed aggressive sales and other growth related goals in a compliant manner.

• Minimum of one year of direct sales experience with strong proven track record of extensive

growth and local and regional account development.

• Licensed professional or Bachelor’s degree in sales, healthcare business or related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team and with health care

providers, operational managers, and clinical teams.

• Proven knowledge of home health and hospice regulations and program guidelines.

• Proven experience with computer systems and various software.

• Detail and deadline oriented with excellent analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, ability to function independently and be able to plan, organize, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks directly and to subordinates.
