The Recruiter is an integral member of the team supporting the internal recruiting effort. This position requires a customer service-driven recruiting professional that will focus on accuracy and results.
Responsibilities:
Interview, qualify, and place candidates on government contracts.
Conduct references checks.
Create and send offer letters.
Handle salary negotiations.
Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting legal professionals including but not limited to, Attorneys, Law Clerks, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Legal Secretaries is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Can easily build collaborative relationships with internal staff as well as potential candidates.
Proficient user of MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
