POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Director is responsible for aligning the HR function with needs of the organization and ensuring the company’s HR programs and practices further the goals of the business. Areas of accountability include recruitment and retention, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefit planning and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
The HR Director will work with senior leadership teams within the organization. This is a critical role that is designed to partner with leaders who make decisions about the future of the organization and design and implement strategies to achieve that intent. The HR Director role is to build and implement a talent, training, and organizational plan to align with the business objective.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
