How you make an impact!
   Manages recruitment and sales functions to achieve business goals. Strong background in healthcare management preferred. An extensive knowledge of health/wellness education, communication, and outreach.
  Trains, supervises and coaches staff to meet or exceed defined quality and performance standards.
  Maintains knowledge of current regulations for health care staffing.
  Ensures continuous recruiting sources and availability of staffing professionals and clients.
  Assists in recruitment of staffing professionals. Discusses policies and procedures with the providers and answers questions as needed.
  Manages applicants credentialing (using established guidelines for a Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) and reference check process.
  Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the staffing employees and clients.
  Identifies and resolves situations and problems taking action, within authority limits, to prevent reoccurrence of any negative issues.
  Retains flexible schedules in order to service client and staffing employees requests and/or handle complaints.
  Participates in various internal and external activities focused on increasing sales and recruitment; ie conventions, seminars, and job fairs.
  Additional ad hoc duties as assigned.Â
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  One(1)-Two (2) years staffing management experience, preferably in the health care industry or commercial staffing industry. (Or similar experience)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  Demonstrated excellent organizational and detail skills.
  Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  Computer proficiency to include current business software programs.
  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under short deadlines, changing and conflicting priorities with minimum resources.
  Demonstrated successful customer service skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
  Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
ADA Specifications:
  Able to constantly travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment.
  Work is normally performed in a residence, aggregate living facility, school or occupational setting.
  Heavy physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling over 50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching and climbing stairs.
