Digital Marketing Account Coordinator

• Mandatory in-office for the first year in Colorado Springs, CO; Hybrid available after the first year.
• Full-time, 40 to 45 hours per week.

Intero Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join our team. As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. You will assist our Implementation Team with quality assurance, execution, and monitoring of the digital marketing initiatives determined by our Strategist Team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator and relationship manager who has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for clients. The person in this role must thrive in and enjoy a fast-paced, demanding, and ever-evolving atmosphere.

When placed in this role, you can expect to receive training in the various areas listed below to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Client Communication and Relationship Management: Training will be provided on effective communication with clients, including how to understand client needs, manage expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Company-Specific Tools and Platforms: This may include Google Analytics, advertising platforms, project management tools, and other platforms relevant to your role.
• Project Management and Organization: Training will be provided on project management methodologies, task prioritization, and effective time management. You will learn how to manage deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Digital Marketing Fundamentals: The Basics of Digital Marketing and Best Practices across Different Channels.

After training, the role is 55% client communication and relationship management, 35% project management, and 10% data analysis. You will manage 30+ client accounts by the end of your first year of employment.

Day-to-day, someone in this role can expect to have their day structured to conduct multiple client meetings, multiple written communications with clients, and time blocked out to project manage and complete quality assurance of the work. The first week of the month is also dedicated to client reporting and meetings to go over campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and verbal and written communication on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage 30+ client accounts by the end of your first year of employment.
• Assist and coordinate work from the Strategist Team to the Implementation Team.
• Project manage and complete quality assurance on daily tasks.
• Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs for clients.
• Monthly Report Quality Assurance.
• Work closely with other DMACs on shared client accounts to ensure success for the client with their digital marketing results.

Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000 DOE
