Come join the Small Business, Self Employed Group’s (SBSEG) Sales MarketingInsights Team as a Marketing Manager driving our Company’s Big Bet 5 to grow mid-market through QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBOAV) across US SalesChannels. The primary responsibility of the role i s to i nfluence and translate the Go-To-Market strategy & own execution for QuickBooks Online Advanced across US Sales to drive short and long term success. You will partner closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as our segment, channel, and product partners to deliver awesome and drive strong business growth on our QuickBooks Online Advanced business.

What you’ll bring
- Experience: 6+ years of marketing or consulting experience, with CPG or Brand preferred. BA/BS or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred
Self-starter: Business owner with a scrappy can-do attitude, who i s passionateabout owning business, with a test & learn approach, and a bias for action.
Strong results orientation and decision making skills.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnership, influencing across multiple functions and all levels up to Executives to drive results and build strong relationships.

How you will lead
Business Ownership: Develop expertise of our customers, sales channels, competitive landscape, and offering to create strategies for driving conversion. Performance: Own Quickbooks Online Advanced performance & reporting within Sales channels, partnering with sales and marketing leaders tounderstand, align and communicate the weekly/quarterly/annual results to senior sales leaders. Customer Empathy: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights from sales to i identify conversion drivers and blockers and develop recommendations for QuickBooks Online Advanced to drive sales, grow revenue and help retention. Sales Champion: Be a strong advocate for sales team experience, and equip the team with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively. Drive low converting contacts out of the system or to the right channel to meet their needs. Go-to-Market: Create, implement and measure channel go-to-market programs for QuickBooks Online Advanced throughout our Sales teams. Forecasting: Partner with both finance and operations to build the forecasts for the Sales teams by channel. Expert Communicator: Key storyteller to highlight challenges as well as successes on sales units, dollars, attachments and conversion. Strategic Influence: Evangelize and champion channel mission, purpose, and needs internally.
