Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
Inputs job requisitions into ATS, tracks projects, creates meeting agendas, and maintains meeting notes.
Prepares special reports, schedules meetings and events.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
6 months or more of work experience in customer service, reception, scheduling or similar work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Good understand of phone and email etiquette
Basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of office products, especially Outlook
Attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Intuitive through our direct sourcing partner, Raise Recruiting, who manages Intuitive’s Contractor Talent Community. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Intuitive.
