YOUR ROLE:
As a Graphic Designer within our organization, your responsibilities will include:
-Demonstrating proficiency in graphic design skills.
-Collaborating closely with the marketing team to comprehend project requirements and develop design concepts that align with brand standards and objectives.
-Creating visually appealing designs for various mediums, including websites (WordPress/Shopify), email marketing(Sendinblue), print materials/ads, packaging, and social media graphics.
-Implementing design elements into WordPress/Shopify websites and email campaigns, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing customer experience.
-Developing and managing engaging email marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
-Managing multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines, and upholding high-quality design standards.
-Designing, creating, and producing content across various media formats, such as print, digital, and physical materials.
-Leading projects from inception to completion, including file preparation for presentations and print.
-Developing marketing campaigns, and updates related to market events and volatility.
-Supporting regular social media content efforts by creating visually compelling visuals that drive engagement across all social media channels.
Additionally, this role requires smooth communication and accurate direction delivery with Chinese companies.
Fluency in Chinese (both speaking and writing) is essential to effectively collaborate and coordinate with our Chinese partners.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
-Preferably, 2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a related field is required.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
-Familiarity with the WordPress/Shopify platform and web design tools such as HTML and CSS.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities, multiple production deliverables, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in a MAC environment.
*Fluency in Chinese (speaking) is considered a bonus.
