This position is full time and headquartered in Walcott, Iowa! Remote is not an option.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data and work to meet deadlines.
Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills
Advanced MS Office, Applicant Tracking System and Outlook skills with continuous improvement
Presents self and information in an honest , ethical and professional behavior
Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource for new employees during the recruitment and hiring process
Ensure a positive and smooth new hire experience is achieved
Follow up on all necessary paperwork and details required for a successful recruiting and hiring process
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess solid organizational and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Outlook
Familiarize oneself with company handbook and ensure employees know the importance of the employee handbook
Setting excellent examples of customer service with professional drivers and travelers at all times
Screen and recruit candidates for top talent that are applying at various Iowa 80 Group locations throughout the United States
Navigate accurate hiring stages and required pre-employment tests with candidates
Dresses accordingly to company policy
