The Account Executive directs and coordinates the day-to-day efforts on behalf of their assigned brands. They serve as a liaison between clients and internal agency departments thereby ensuring that the agency provides the highest quality service and product. The Account Executive manages the workflow to ensure its completion on time and within budget. In addition to interacting with clients, he or she also interacts with partner agencies, vendors, and other appropriate brand support personnel.
