Job Description
This position provides financial support for multiple Financial Business Managers across all financial aspects of a designated roster of agency client accounts. This role requires the ability to analyze, stay organized and self-manage.
About the role
Assist assigned Financial Business Managers and partner with the agency’s Account Management teams to manage both internal and external client-facing financial reports, ensuring accuracy of these reports and appropriate communication of report content and results.
Responsible for meeting with and maintaining a close relationship with their assigned Financial Business Managers and agency Account Management teams.
Assist the Financial Business Manager in managing the day-to-day financial needs for each of their agency accounts, including maximizing revenue recognition, various financial analyses, maintaining internal and external client facing reports, follow-up on client purchase orders and client project budget approvals, accurate client invoicing, client reconciliations, client accrual reports, client forecasting reports, etc.
Learn and advance within the agency through the mentorship of their Financial Business Managers.
About You
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must, system knowledge of SAP a plus
- Experience in Financial Analysis or agency experience is preferred
- Professional, out-going, driven to succeed, organized, detailed, self-starter, deadline-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and business partner to internal client (Financial Business Managers and agency Account Management teams)
