We currently service and support computer and network systems for our clients across all verticals: including legal, healthcare, financial, hospitality and professional sports. We focus heavily on data center technologies for larger SMB and mid-market customers. We are seeking a dynamic recruiter that has experience in recruiting for at least one of the following skill sets: IT engineering, human resources, IT sales and support, operational and management talent requirements. This position is a direct hire position and will work in a hybrid capacity within the Eastern Region for the foreseeable future. (Northern New Jersey based preferred)
Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for achieving staffing objectives for our clients’ positions by sourcing, recruiting, and identifying candidates through creative and non-traditional strategies including market research, cold calling, networking events, social media, job boards and organization affiliations for high potential candidates. The recruiter will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in the full lifecycle recruiting, and support and recommend candidates for interview.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans by assisting in the creation or updating of job descriptions and working with hiring managers on recruiting and interview plans to effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers and team members to develop and refine an effective recruiting strategy to fill the open requisition in a timely manner.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and team member to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research, develop and implement an effective strategy for full cycle recruitment from online posting locations, local Managed Service Providers, IT Companies, or colleges to find and fill requisitions with outstanding talent.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements including prescreening interviews.
Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Extend verbal offers and assist in onboarding process.
Qualifications
3 – 5+ Years of related recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience conducting new-hire, on-boarding, and/or orientation programs
Familiar with recruiting with mainstream social media sites
Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Microsoft Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
