Seeking an entry level Accounting Associate to join our accounting and finance team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be focused on supporting our Accounting Department and enjoys a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Follow our company’s established accounting processes
• Support accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy
• Managing daily financial transactions
• Performs other accounting and finance duties as required

Requirements

• Entry level position; minimum 2-year college or associate’s degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Basic proficiency in oral and written English
• Strong analytical skills; extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year degree
• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system
• Basic understanding of databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
