IRL Systems, Inc Hiring for Warehouse/ Inventory Associate at New York, NY Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse functions to include receiving, stocking and staging equipment/ materials for delivery.
• Manage inventory/ stock levels using software which captures current levels, inbound and outbound parts/ materials.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify current count accuracy, check discrepancies and update information within software.
• Responsible for establishing and monitoring re-order points of all equipment.
• Submit equipment/ material orders to vendors/ manufactures for install and service projects.
• Generate packing lists/ delivery receipts for parts/ material being delivered to projects per the direction of the Operations Team.
• Scan and upload signed delivery receipts into software.
• Manage inventory of warehouse supplies as needed (bubble wrap, tape, boxes, cleaning supplies)
• Ability to perform all duties of Warehouse Workers (ex: able to lift more than 50lbs., able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time)
• Responsible for Warehouse safety
• Maintain and track accurate stock and inventory levels ensuring efficient and logical organization of all the stock rooms and staging areas.
• Manage the delivery preparation and replenishment of stock effectively and accurately.
• Verify the quantities and accuracy of all received and delivered equipment/ material and update the software.

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of (3) years working in a similar role
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organizational and logisticals skills
• Motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in teams as well as alone
• Competent computer skills (tracking software, Excel and Word, Outlook)
• Associates or bachelor degree related to business logistics/ supply chain management/ inventory management a plus
