Opportunity Snapshot
ISPN is seeking an ambitious and data-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Project Analyst
(“SPA”). The position will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to execute on a variety of strategic projects. As an SPA you must be able to work diligently, both independently and as part of teams. You should be enthusiastic about learning, working hard, and taking full advantage of the professional opportunities afforded to you. The SPA will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing special projects, providing market analysis, participating in strategy formulation, and support the analysis and development of strategic business projects/initiatives as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and completing complex strategic projects and presenting results to Senior Leadership Team. Sample projects may include:
• o Current customer/services analysis
• o Key systems and vendor assessments
• o Analyzing and reporting on Internal (e.g., customer, operations) and external (e.g., market) trends

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments at the organization (i.e., Sales, Operations,

Engineering, Finance, etc.)

• Preparing presentation materials and analyses
• Project management of small to large internally and externally focused projects including but not limited to data management, data analysis and other strategic initiatives focused on company growth and/or improvement
• Note-taking and task management including tracking next steps, assigning tasks, and following up to ensure completion
• Attending project meetings and organizing notes into a useful set of key ideas and actions after the meeting
• Spur of the moment research requests to support last minute client or team needs
• Drafting, proofreading, or formatting documents, presentations, proposals, and other materials as assigned (i.e., quarterly Board presentations, etc.)

Position Qualifications
Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor of science degree from a top-tier university
• 2+ years of consulting, finance, or experience in an analytical and results-oriented environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn about the telecommunications industry
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and see multiple projects to finish
• Strong analytical, organizational, research and communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter and ability to execute project expectations with minimal oversight
• A self-motivated approach to learning and mastering skills
• Motivated to gain experience in a fast-growing company
• Ability to work proficiently in all Microsoft Office applications

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Lenexa, KS (Hybrid – flexibility to work remotely on a blended basis)
Compensation: Salary will vary based on experience. Eligibility to receive an annual performance bonus and other incentives.
