Position Summary
The Human Resources Sr. Specialist (Data Analytics) will be the go-to person for Human Resources Data, supporting all the Human Resources life cycle processes (Compensation, Recruitment, Attrition, Talent & Succession, DE&I, Headcount, Span of Control, etc) including but not limited to data coming from SAP, Success factors, Kronos, Ilearn, etc. You will provide data support for Human Resources Business Partners. This person is responsible for integrating with the financial strategy of the IT function, guaranteeing Human Resources data quality, creating controls, and providing reports and insights for People related decisions. The employee will be working with all Nestle IT North America Data across 3 countries.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate the sustainable Operational Data quality/augmentation strategy in the Human Resources function
Ensure that data flows smoothly from data capture systems to all dependent systems and any other connected global or local systems, including positions alignment with the global job catalog
Analyze and identify trends in data quality reports and dashboards
Investigate and resolve process ambiguities of employee data management and Human Resources systems
Conduct frequent data audits, understand root causes, and escalate to leadership as appropriate to avoid future cases.
Design data quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards (power BI and Microsoft solutions) to maintain data quality and visibility of HR data
Engage with Nestle in the Market Analytics team to provide relevant metrics and review for prioritizing areas of ongoing quality attention
Support the finance team with blended rates calculation for budget purposes.
Support Human Resources Business Partners with HR data processes including Talent & Succession, Recruitment, Performance, -Compensation, PTO, and Change management with Engagement data
Project manage Human Resources data collection for mass corrections, controls, and financial impacts in case of major organizational change, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures projects.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
3+ years of experience in Human Resources and familiarity of the employee life cycle
Experience working with PowerBI or similar tools to create dashboards and data visualizations
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Data Analysis (understanding data standards and how data flows between systems)
Experience creating and maintaining metrics (KPIs)
