Responsibilities:
Partner with HR Generalist to coordinate on boarding materials for new employees
All Kronos/ Payroll functions (time edits, absenteeism reports, LOA, etc.)
Provide administrative support – record keeping, file maintenance, etc. operator for printers, fax machine and copier. Maintain supplies for HR
Generate paperwork and OCR checks for all on-site candidates interviewing and maintains Export Compliance files for all site visitors.
Prepare and maintain orientation and termination materials.
Process check requests and PO’s
Assist and participate in various HR projects as required.
Maintain all required material, documents and follow up on all temporary help
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of HR experience with some expertise in payroll is required
High school diploma is required; Associate’s degree is preferred
Kronos experience is a plus
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Excellent customer service skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented
