These product offerings include adhesives, sealants, coatings, lubricants, additives, and cleaners for Transportation, Electronics, automotive aftermarket, MRO, Industrial Cleaning and Lubrication, New Energy, and Marine industry customers with unique needs. PPF East Asia is a division with regional headquarter in China and we have operations cross Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and countries in Southeast Asia.
This is a newly created position to support the long-term growth of Performance Polymers.
The HR Manager will proactively support employees and partner with management across 3 US sites to drive the execution of ITW’s Business Model and Performance Polymers Talent Strategy.
The HR Manager will be highly engaged with the local management teams, be able to initiate change, lead improvement efforts, and be knowledgeable in all areas of human resources. The role acts as an HR business partner supporting leadership development, talent management, culture, and D&I. It also covers all phases of the employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, rewards & recognition, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
