We are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner for Sales & Marketing that will be part of the Jack Henry Support Finance team. Our team seeks to be a business value creator for the Jack Henry support organizations by providing financial analysis and guidance. This role will be a Strategic Financial Business Partner for the Jack Henry Sales organization working with the Chief Sales Officer, divisional, operational and enablement sales leaders as well as the Marketing leadership team.
A successful candidate will provide strong financial analysis with strategic insights to guide the direction of the Sales organization. The role is also responsible for budgeting and forecasting of sales & marketing operational expenses. The individual will lead several key initiatives including multi-year sales forecasting. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual with an advanced level of financial analysis, reporting and data management skills, in addition to, prior leadership experience delivering complex reporting and analyses. What you’ll be responsible for:
- Build performance management reports (Financial and Non-Financial Indicators) for internal consumption to aid in incentive and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze actuals to monthly forecast and budget. Be able to provide reflective narrative to the functional leaders that aids in decision making.
- Develop monthly forecast and annual budgets in conjunction with functional leaders based on the needs of the business.
- Identify and forecast key product related metrics. Be able to highlight sales/ customer trends and provide related narrative.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum 10 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Finance Operations experience in a corporate environment.
- Must have previous experience working as or in a Finance Business Partner Capacity.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
What would be nice for you to have:
- MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification desired.
- Proven financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce, OneStream, Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience in a Financial or Technology Services organization.
- Effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Possess strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
- Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
- Ability to bring creativity, “Think outside of the box” attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis.
