• A minimum of 5 years of commercial cleaning experience (or the knowledge equivalent);
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience;
• Terrific organizational and communication skills;
• Professional appearance;
• “Hands-on” management skills, including P&L mechanics.
