Requirements:

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
• Provides clear and concise paperwork to the inside sales team to facilitate product ordering.
• Helps to obtain prescriptions and additional paperwork when asked. ·
• Direct on-hands contact with patients, taking measurements for Mastectomy and Lymphedema products. ·
• Completes the correct forms based on the products ordered. Ensures a proper fit for each patient.
• Schedules fitting appointments efficiently in order to accomplish as many fittings as possible each day.
• Understanding of medical Insurance and the ability to convey benefits to patients.
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and other employees.
• Familiarity with computers and willingness to learn our program.
• Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude.
• Good attendance is a must!

Experience preferred:

• Prior Mastectomy and Compression Garment Fitting Experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Working in the health care industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
