Job description
We are looking for a Recruiting Manager with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and managerial experience, from talent sourcing to attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful Recruiting Manager will collaborate with executive team members on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs, such as Office Managers, Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Sales Team, and other roles as needed. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals.

We bring the dentist directly to offices via our pop-up dental clinic and serve employees at their place of work, saving time and productivity. Job Requirements –
The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Previous recruiting manager experience
- Design and implement recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate outlets
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidates resumes
- Help staff events across United States with clinical staff

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
