J&N Property Preservation LLC Hiring for Office/Recruiting Assistant at North Haven, CT Full Time

J&N Property Preservation LLC is a growing property management company, currently covering the entire state of Connecticut. We are looking for an office assistant to help with various office tasks. Must have experience working with computers and a great work ethic. Punctuality and reliability are necessary. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. This is a part time position – around 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can grow with us, and the position could lead to increased hours, pay raises/bonuses, and promotions. Ideally, this job would lead to a full time position within a few months.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Submitting work orders based on company standards
• Compressing photos
• Organizing digital files
• Bidding on jobs
• Planning routes
• Checking equipment in and out
• Answering phones and taking messages accordingly
• Emailing various other team members as needed
• Office organization tasks
• Minor cleaning tasks
• Assistance onboarding new hires – posting job listings to different sites, reviewing applicants, reaching out to applicants to ask screening questions, setting up interviews, etc.

Job Types: Part-time with full-time potential

Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

• 4 5-hour shifts per week
• 12-5, 3 week days per week (M-F, can be flexible with what days)
• 9-2, 1 weekend day per week (can be flexible with Saturday or Sunday)
• First month will be 3 week day shifts, 9-2, while training is done
