Job Details

• Manage our worldwide logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation of data center assets, on-site white glove services, warehouse storage solutions, and customs compliance for international shipments
• Negotiate and manage shipping rates, surcharges, and service standards
• Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met, emphasis in customs compliance
• Source, qualify, and conduct ongoing performance management of domestic and international logistics partners
• Define, document, and implement our logistics support strategy
• Manage a team of logistics coordinators in support of client, customer, downstream recycler, and internal logistics requirements
• Provide training, guidance, and oversight to the employees involved in transportation of assets
• Audit logistics-related invoices and payment postings
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics within company processes
• Reports to EVP, Operations

Preferred Qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on logistics experience
• Experience with Customs Compliance and Negotiations
• Strong understanding of harmonized codes and ECCN classification
