As the Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. You will play an integral role in creating and implementing Human Resources practices, programs and objectives to support an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The ideal HR Generalist has 2+ years of HR experience and is preferably bilingual in Spanish and English. Being bilingual is preferred but not required. This is a great role for an HR Assistant or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to take the next step in their career. It’s most important to have the right candidate with a positive attitude who wants to make an impact on the company. One of the most amazing things about this company is the people and culture This position is fully on-site but after the first few months, there is flexibility to work hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about providing exceptional support to our Sales team. The ideal candidate is preferably bilingual in Spanish and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. The candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in FMLA, workers compensation experience. If you are looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity to grow your career in HR, then this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
Provide HR support to Sales team in a fast-paced environment
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on HR issues
Manage FMLA and workers compensation cases
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers compensation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
