The primary purpose of the Practice Coordinator is to schedule patients, greet patients, create and update patient files, and process billing information in a timely and accurate to ensure the patient’s visit is smooth. The scope of the work encompasses a variety of clerical duties which promote the effective and efficient operation of the practice and foster favorable public relations with patients, parents, staff, dentists of the practice, and all external customers

*Monitor and track broken appointments

*Notify clinical staff of the change in the schedule as soon as it occurs

*Put New Patient documents together and send to the patient a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

*Greet patients immediately upon arrival in a pleasant and positive manner.

*At check out, collect payment from the patient

*Perform all other duties requested by the Practice Administrator or Dentist

*Is professional in appearance at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

*High School Diploma

*Office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
