Deere & Company is seeking a Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years related experience. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Development of applications using J2EE, Hibernate, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Spring, Java Message Service (JMS) and Adobe LiveCycle, AWS; Implement and optimize DevOps principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Docker, GitHub, Jenkins); Enable continuous application monitoring and alerting by using tools such as APP Dynamics for performance, SiteScope for system availability, and DOTCOM for multi-region availability; Provide technical expertise on architectural design of applications to determine the most effective and easy-to-implement solutions for enhanced user experience, including translating functional requirements into technical specifications, solving production issues, designing interfaces, and integrating with external system.
