What you will do
You will assist in preventative maintenance, large repairs, material acquisition, etc. This is an entry level position, so a basic working knowledge of standard hand tools would be required. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull-through work, top of the line technology, equipment, and uniforms and a #1 focus on employee safety. We will equip you with tools, mobile equipment, and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. Earn while you learn with pathways to move up to Apprentice and eventually Journeyman with 5-7 years.
This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
How you will do it
The Union HVAC Service Tradesperson will assist union Apprentice and Journeyperson Mechanics in performing mechanical installations and drive results along with all other work coming under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer, limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective rate of pay and will perform all assigned work under the direction of the Employer. Additional assigned work may include warehouse tending and inventory and mechanic parts/tool pickup and delivery.
