Fuel Construction Company is looking for a Service dispatcher for administrative duties.

Fast paced growing construction, service and testing company in the fueling industry looking for someone who is energetic, possesses excellent communication skills, is highly organized, with great work ethic. Candidate should be self-motivated and thrive within in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Customer service oriented
• Possess strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong logistical skills
• Positive attitude & team working ability
• Versed in Microsoft Programs with a background in Outlook & Excel preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines

Specific Dispatch Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

• Respond to incoming calls/emails from client base and dispatch to available technicians
• Generate and dispatch orders using proprietary software
• Work closely with other departments to execute projects
• Match work to technician’s location, availability & skill set
• Provide updates to clients in a timely fashion
• Uploading documents and work order information to client portals.

Experience:

• Bi-lingual welcomed, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dispatch experience preferred, but not required
• History working in a team environment
• Experience with service-based dispatch applications preferred
• Excellent attendance and on time record at previous employers
