What you will be doing:
Install, maintain, upgrade and monitor Jovia’s Windows server environment, Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS and
Establishes networking environment by supporting the design of system configuration; system installation; supports the definition, documentation and enforcement of Jovia system standards.
Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with Infrastructure team on network optimization.
Secures network system by supporting established policies and enforcing policies.
Work with carriers and third party vendors to design and deliver redundant WAN solutions
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Install, maintain, upgrade and monitor Jovia’s installed base of servers .
Support the testing and install of Microsoft and 3rd-Party maintenance and security
What we need from you:
5 years of Windows Servers and CISCO switching/routing experience
2 Years of hands on experience with SD_WAN solutions such as Cloudgenix, Silverpeak
Experience with Microsoft Office desktop products – WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
Knowledge of ACD systems- Genesys PURE Connect preferred
Experience with some level ITIL implementation in support of the Help Desk
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification on Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 and Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, DNS, DHCP, GPOs
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack, network analysis tools, routing and switching protocols – OSPF, BGP, VLANs, HSRP, STP, VTP, VPN, etc .
Knowledge of virtualization architecture design and
Familiarity with SAN/NAS installations and
Installation and management of iOS and Android mobile devices via mobile device management system
