The CCB Human Resources Talent Development team delivers high quality solutions for developing and retaining talent across the Consumer and Community Bank, which is comprised of the following lines of business and functions: Auto, Business Banking Card Services, Connected Commerce, Consumer Lending, Home Lending and J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Digital and Data & Analytics. The team partners with the HR executives and senior business leaders to deliver a strategic talent development agenda to drive business value through leadership development, building professional skills, overall capabilities, and effectiveness.
As part of this team, the Talent Development Manager will partner with Talent Development Leads, HRBAs and business leaders in their aligned client groups to implement and execute development solutions aimed at the delivery of talent management, succession planning and readiness, promotion processes, performance management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and team/leader effectiveness.
The individual will bring broad Human Resources and Learning & Development experience as well as consulting, facilitation, project management and analytical skills to deliver initiatives in support of talent development and readiness.
