The Digital Media Manager plays a key role in our Operations department within the Offers & Shopping organization. You will be responsible for hands-on implementation of client’s campaigns from campaign launch to completion to ensure best in market customer service and overall campaign success. You will advise on, support, and implement new or changing advertising flights in conjunction with our Sales and Merchant Operations teams. You will also have primary responsibility for maintaining Merchant data quality in both Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) and Internal systems, which will include routine campaign data monitoring, reporting & analysis as well as participation in any data quality improvement efforts.
