Welcome to JPMorgan Chase. As a subject matter expert for all applicable consumer regulatory obligations you will provide compliance subject matter expertise and guidance to the Card Services marketing teams. You will perform the compliance and/or quality assurance reviews of Marketing, Communications and Digital Marketing materials for regulatory obligation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 + years consumer as well as business-to-business controls, regulatory compliance, risk or audit experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
• Extensive regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels
• In-depth banking experience including strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels
