Position Responsibilities
Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team
Develop strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, people managers and employees, and provide guidance on all organization and people matters
Take an equitable, inclusive, and diverse lens across how we operate as team and within your client groups, reinforce a culture of inclusivity
Drive retention and engagement strategies to continually develop and retain high performer and high potential talent
Advise client groups on all things people-related: performance management, talent development, compensation, leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational design
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions and job re-leveling.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement the staffing plan
Drive employee relation issues to resolution, including supporting and coaching leaders through the performance management process and escalating when necessary. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Collaborate closely with our People Team’s Centers of Excellence to support company-wide People initiatives
Bring an innovative mindset to solving people problem and collaborate with the broader People team to find creative solutions
Utilize people metrics to find root causes and develop short and mid-term strategies
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources is a plus.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups
Adept in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
Comfort with ambiguity and thrives while guiding the business through change.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and strategic thinker; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans
Proven team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with the US labor laws.
Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data
Customer focused and responsive with a high sense of urgency
