JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery offers a one-of-kind experience for wine lovers on the Central Coast. Our world-class tasting room is looking to add a Tasting Room Shuttle Driver to the Hospitality team!

Under the direction of the Guest Relations Manager, the Tasting Room Shuttle Driver conducts guest and supply transportation in Paso Robles between the JUSTIN Estate and JUSTIN Downtown Tasting Room. This role has an emphasis on customer service and interaction with guests, loading supplies (luggage and wine), and maintaining hospitality fleet vehicles.

• Create a warm service environment, educating and guiding guests on history and brand stories
• Transport guests routinely between tasting room locations, hotels, tour locations, airports or other destinations
• Ensure all site visits, VIP visits, and guests have proper service touchpoints (cold towels, water, etc.)
• Maintain an accurate and routine shuttle schedule
• Help load, stock or fulfill wine orders for customers
• Assist the retail and merchandise team with maintaining stock levels
• Partner with Logistics team to ensure that orders are processed and delivered
• Maintain vehicles with help from facilities and Maintenance (including fuel levels, amenities, and service schedules)
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and department operations
• Partner with other departments to develop and promote the Landmark/ JUSTIN brands

• Clean Driving Record
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) required. The hours for this role will be approximately 3PM-11:30PM
• Experience in customer service is required. Wine or hospitality industry knowledge desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels from executive to line level
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
