Job position: Accountant/Book Keeping/HR admin
1. Book keep all daily accounting transactions A/P and A/R,credit card etc.
Check bills, schedule and make payments in time
Work on AR to collect payments
2. Prepare time card for payroll and work with out sourced payroll company to get payroll ready in time
3. Run monthly sales commission reports and make payments
4. Take care of reimbursements
5. Perform month- end journal entries and bank reconciliations
6. Prepare financial reports and analyze with management monthly/quarterly/yearly to help the company to grow in a healthy way
7. Prepare documents for Annual tax return and work with CPA to file annual tax return
8. Others
* Prepare recruitment documents for new employees
*Make sure everything is set up for new employees onboarding including training
* Help the management to set up compensation strategy for all departments based on market research and pay surveys, keep the strategy up to date
* work with out sourced HR company and make sure all policies compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
*fluent English
* 5 years+ experience as accountant/booking keeper
* Proficient in MS exel, familiar with formulas like VLOOKUP etc.
Able to communicate complex data clearly
* Proficient in Quickbooks, Knowing OMS is a plus
* Excellent data entry skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
