Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hourly Position / Salary Based on Experience

Job Purpose:

Ksolv Group is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Transportation/Logistics Analyst who is looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, start-up environment. In this role, your responsibilities will span numerous functions with a special focus on driving continuous improvement and day-to-day execution in billing, data analytics and process improvement. You will be responsible for understanding, reporting on and continually improving each of these processes. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical aptitude with the ability to build relationships and drive operational results.

Duties:

• Review, process and approve invoices to be paid and work with AR & AP to process carrier payments
• Review, process and approve trailer wash facility invoices plus work with Freight Coordinator to validate charge based on previous product used in trailer
• Update carrier payments within uRoute/Chempax
• Submit external carrier PDF invoices to Datacor for processing
• Extract data from Geoforce and Geotab to provide analytics for vehicle utilization and efficiencies

Education and Experience:

• 0-6 years operations experience in a direct-to-consumer shipping environment; start-up experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree required – industrial engineering, accounting, business, logistics, or supply chain management a plus

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write in English
• Expertise in Excel; comfortable learning new systems
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives is a plus
• Lean six sigma experience is a plus
• Ability to use data and reports to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Detail oriented and able to meet timelines
• Willingness to dive in with a no-task-is-too-small attitude
• Comfortable with data analytics and able to work independently and in team setting
• Strong organizational skills
• A clear communicator with solid written and oral communications
• A motivated, positive, proactive and transparent attitude
• Must be able to communication effectively with co-workers
• Must be able to pass company physical / drug & alcohol screening
