We are searching for a Human Resources Associate to join our team, reporting to our VP of HR. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to impact all employees through your level of knowledge of company policies and will partner closely with payroll to resolve issues of attendance, employee schedules, leaves of absence, etc.
You will guide employees’ company-wide on any inquiries, as well as educate them on policies, benefits and help with day-to-day questions. You will lead the rollout of benefit programs, including annual open enrollment, and participate in benefit education campaigns. You’ll join a fast-moving, rapidly growing team doing exciting work, where you’ll be a critical and valued collaborator.
Candidates must have prior experience providing human resources support to exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple locations and time zones by phone, chat and email.
This role is based in New York City but we will consider fully remote. We are currently working remotely due to COVID-19. We will move towards a hybrid model in summer 2022.
